Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to us. In an effort to keep appointments available for others please allow at least 24-hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests.

Per Treatment:
$50 fee for all reschedule/cancellations with less than 24hours notice and all missed appointments.

Prepaid Packages:
All reschedule/cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and all missed appointments will count as one treatment. The client has the option of paying $50 to keep the treatment for another date.

All reschedule/cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of $50. ​​
If you are unable to reach us directly by phone, rescheduling and cancellation requests may be submitted via voicemail, text, email or messenger.
We value your business and do understand things may come up. However, as a courtesy to our team and to remain fair for others that may have wanted unavailable dates/times we must ensure everyone adheres to the policy.
Policy on Children
We love children! For safety reasons, children under the age of 10 are prohibited from being in the treatment room with you. Also, we require that children be under adult supervision while in the waiting area.
