There is a $50 consultation fee for new clients, that will be applied as a credit to future treatments. This fee is refundable to clients who are not good candidates, but cannot be refund if one of the following occurs:
- Client no shows
- Client cancels with less than 24 hours notice

Please shave the area being treated the day before or the day of your appointment, unless your laser technician advised you not to.
Laser treatments cannot be performed if you:
Are newly tanned or sunburned, or if you have a spray tan that is less than a week old.
Have started antibiotics within 2 weeks or the medication Accutane within 6 Month.

Upon arrival, please text us from your parked vehicle to inform us that you are here and we will reply as soon as we are ready for you to enter.
Please come to your appointment alone (No family members for friends) unless medically necessary, and if so, please let us know in advance.
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the office and at the front door. Please sanitize or wash your hands upon entry.
Clients and staff must wear masks or proper facial coverings while in office except when your provider asks you to remove it temporarily for facial procedures.
All staff and clients' temperatures will be taken with a non contact forehead thermometer and will be asked to sign a waiver.
